Afterward, our team will start creating your trial posts within two business days and share them with you in our Content Dashboard so you can provide feedback, ask for revisions, and approve any posts.

The Client Portal is a dedicated space for your overall service. There, you’ll be able to upload files, create orders, submit tickets, and manage your subscription.

On the other hand, the Content Dashboard is a platform to manage posting by linking your social media accounts. We’ll use it to share the posts for feedback and once approved, these will be then scheduled by our team.

No, because we offer a dedicated and secure Content Dashboard where you personally log in to your social media accounts.

This will help us enable automated posting for your posts.

How do I link my social media to the Content Dashboard?2023-10-05T17:45:45-04:00

You can do it by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Content Dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon in the top left hand side of the screen

3. In the center of the screen, click the ‘Add New’ button to add a new platform

4. Click which social platform you would like to link to the Content Dashboard

There are a few one off scenarios to keep in mind:

    • Twitter – be sure to only be logged in to the account you want linked to the platform.
    • GoogleYouTube, and other Google accounts – Select the Google account you want linked when the options pop-up. Once you do this, Google will provide a code for you to insert.
    • Instagram – confirm the Instagram account is a Business account and is connected to a Facebook Business page that you are an admin of before connecting the account the platform.
